About the room
It’s a furnished bedroom with own private bathroom, good size, includes cable 220 channels, internet 200Mbps, and utilities included. Pool access within 20 feet from front door. Connected garage parking which is directly connected to the unit. Unless of course you drive a pickup truck, it won’t fit. Outside parking 40 feet from unit. It’s a townhome condo, called Westchase Forest Townhomes if you’d like to google it. It’s in a prime location, sits within half a mile or less between Westpark Tollway, Beltway 8, I-10, and 59. It’s literally off BW-8 and Westpark Tollway. Please let me know if you’re remotely interested.
I would have to say you can fit two queen size beds in next to each other, a desk, television and still be able to move comfortably. There are also two walk in closets.
**Extras: Brand new mini fridge and microwave inside one of the closets. Male or female is welcome.
About the roomies
Easy going, non smoker or drinker. Hardly home, clean and neat. Live alone.
