Two private bedrooms available in a clean, student-friendly home within easy walking distance of Chico State and Safeway. Both rooms are located on the second floor, fully furnished, and share two of the home’s 2.5 bathrooms, each bathroom shared by only two people. Larger room is available now till Aug 1 and smaller room from Aug 1 onward. No smoking and no partying.

Rent is $600 for the larger room and $550 for the smaller room with utilities (PGE, internet, water, garbage) split among roommates at around $125. Month-to-month lease with a 4-month minimum.

The home is fully furnished, including the bedrooms, and features an in-unit washer and dryer. Off street parking. An ideal setup for students looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-kept living environment.

I am a M20 CS student at Chico State who keeps a pretty relaxed routine. I’m pretty chill, enjoy gaming, and usually keep to myself in my room when I’m not out and about.
