Condo home on the first floor with bedroom window looking outside of condo. Bedroom has own closet. Shared living, kitchen and dining room. Jack and Jill bathroom, shared laundry room. Close to the 101 and 23 freeways. Not far from Pepperdine University, Cal Lutheran University, and Moorpark College. Next to the Lakes shopping plaza, near Janss Plaza. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Located next to a park. Close to bus stops if needed.

Married couple who are both students and have cats who make their home with us. We are sociable people but are not the party type. Not into drugs of any sort nor cannabis. Husband is in EATM program at Moorpark College and wife is almost done with school about to start a new career in the Medical field. We are the nerdy-type of people who host DnD game nights occasionally and have other games to play. Husband is into video games and wife likes to read, do arts and crafts, and cook. We do occasionally have friends and family come over for visits. We would prefer to have someone who is an animal lover especially of cats as we have 5 cats, and who is wiling to be sociable with us when we are home. Please only serious and interested people message us. We also can not bring anymore animals into our home as we are already pushing the limit the HOA allows.
