Capitol Hill apartment located on the top floor with a balcony! Close to shops, nightlife, restaurants. The building has a separate cardio and weight room. Laundry is on the same floor as us and can be controlled from an app. Pets allowed.

I’m 21 years old and work full time while attending CU Denver. I’m from California originally but have been in CO for the past couple years. I keep all shared spaces very clean and like to cook from time to time. I don’t smoke but I do drink and go out occasionally. I’m a big fan of craft cocktails so I enjoy checking out all the bars around town! I have one sweet cat who will be in the apartment with me.
