No overnights no partying looking for someone mature and responsible. This is a three-bedroom two-bath two car garage duplex on the first floor there’s actually only two units in the buildings. Located in deep Creek Florida and a beautiful gorgeous neighborhood the house is spotless I do have two dogs but there are no other pets allowed and no smoking no overnights thank you for your kindness in this matter you will absolutely love the home looking for a perfect match for a roommate. 18x16 bedroom, full bathroom with tub and shower, kitchen and family room privileges, maybe able to accommodate a small car in my garage if it fits at no additional charge, willing to work with the right person if you don’t have a bed and a dresser I will purchase something for you. If you do have your own bed and dresser and furniture that works for me as well the property cannot be used for storage. I also don’t mind helping you move in looking to have a great relationship with a good roommate. No smoking, no vaping, sorry no drinking, no overnights this is a beautiful home and I work full-time and just looking for a good roommate. This will be a month to month lease but you are welcome to keep extending no problem at all as long as everything is working out okay and the rent is paid on the first of the month.
