Storage and laundry onsite. Newly renovated kitchen (gas appliances), dining and living spaces. Front, side and back yards. Multiple fruit trees on property that you are welcome to pick from.

On Soledad Mountain. It is not downtown PB or La Jolla. Near beaches and markets (five-seven minute drive). Near freeway (no noise). Views of Mission Bay and Pacific Beach.

I’m a 30 year old female and live with my pup (19lbs). I am a full-time grad student and author. I’m always up between 5:00-6:30 am. I read voraciously, love cooking, and photography. Very active (yoga, running and intensive workouts) and I like to keep the house clean/organized.

**I am open to other animals coming into the house but must get along with my dog.
