Room is in a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house in a clean, quiet neighborhood in Oceanside. The unfurnished bedroom is upstairs and has a private bathroom attached. Room is approx. 9.5 x 13. Beautiful open kitchen. Hard wood and tile floors downstairs and carpet upstairs. Washer and dryer in garage.
For rent is one bedroom with attached private bath and utilities included* (water/trash, gas/electric and internet)
Other amenities include: One parking spot available in driveway and plenty of street parking. Kitchen privileges. Beautiful back yard with built in fire pit. I have AT&T Uverse basic cable, there is a cable box on my account that is available for you to use in your room if you pay the monthly box fee.
About the roomies
About me: Quiet, professional female in my late 40’s. Own my own business and work from home most of the time. Most nights I watch TV on the couch while working on my laptop. I have no kids, but do have my family (siblings, nieces, etc.) over occasionally.
About you: • Clean, mature, professional and reliable. • Single adult occupancy only. 1 adult only, no couples and no kids • Must be ok with cats as I have 1 cat. Would be ok if you had 1 cat, but no other animals besides that • Nonsmoker (that includes no vaping), no drugs, no parties • No heavy foot traffic, overnight guests kept to a minimum
