Looking to rent out the larger bedroom of my 3 bedroom house. Currently the smaller bedroom will be occupied, so that’s means you will be sharing a bathroom. The security deposit will act as your last months rent if the room doesn’t work out for you or you need to leave for deployment. If a couple is interested in the room the price will be $700. I will need 30- 60 days advance notice before you are leaving. What is expected of the tenant is to maintain the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom and to make sure to pick up after yourselves after the use of the kitchen or living room when entertaining. The private driveway can hold two large trucks and small suv or a car. Screened in porch a swing, private yard, shed for storage, The rent includes the use of the washer/dryer, the water and electricity and internet which adds up to about $400 a month. If you would like satellite hooked up in your room that will be an extra fee monthly. If you have animals that will also be an extra fee.

I’m the owner, I have been living in Jacksonville for little over a year now. I work full-time with the government for 12 years now. I moved to NC five years ago from Boston. I’m a very quite person tend not to have parties but just let me know ahead of time if you would like to entertain. Currently I have a tenant he will be moving out in December.
