Looking to find a roommate for my great apartment in Clinton Hill! Details below. Move-in date can be December 15 or January 1.

The room in question is the one with the plants in the photos. The room will not be furnished.

-Three bedrooms, one bathroom, one large living room - lots of communal space, great for entertaining a few guests -Great closet space, including an extra nook above the actual closet -Cute kitchen -Comes with extremely sweet, affectionate cat (Violet) -Queer/queer-friendly roommates, really just a pair of nerds -We’re looking for someone tidy who will respect our space -Open to something long term, but also fine with a 2-3 month test period to make sure we’re all on the same page -Location is at Fulton and Washington, same block as the Clinton Washington C train and just a few blocks from the G -Right down the street from Atlantic, with access to lots more trains -Suuuuper cute neighborhood with lots of great bars, coffee shops and restaurants
