live on the outskirts of town but close to many towns, cairo, palenville, catskill, hudson, woodstock…. Room has its own private deck and entrance. Large open concept living ,dining, and kitchen to share with 2 stovetops so always able to cook. Nice woodstove to sit around with friendly dog and cat. Would possibly be open to avery small dog but not a cat as mine is very territorial. 2 acre property with vegetable and flower gardens . First floor bathroom is mostly used by future roomate as there is a second bathroom upstairs.

Two older women are roomates already ( 60’s and 70’s) - one is an artist and the other a yoga teacher. There is another bedroom which is occasionally used for adult children and grandchildren visits .
