The room is fresh and sunny , has a queen size bed , rustic hardwood floors, personal mini fridge, window AC that still allows you to open a window, a brand new cast iron radiator, a wardrobe closet, flat Screen TV and a small dresser . Located on 44th street off Bergenline ave , Very safe & clean neighborhood and many ways of transportation to Manhattan. - Every 3 minutes (many bus lines from the whole area junction into Bergenline and from there to Manhattan). The commute to midtown Manhattan takes only 15 min. Steps from the apartment on Bergenline ave also located supermarkets, a Laundromat, Banks, Pharmacies, USPS and ANYTHING YOU NEED, (Bergenline is a main street). If you have a car I can give you a visitor permit to park in the neighborhood. The apartment has a newly paved private backyard that you can use when the weather is nice for Sun and BBQ. Short time & easy commute to NYC, Jersey city, Secaucus & Hoboken. I am looking for a 3rd roommate who has a stable job and would pay on time, would clean after him/herself and someone I could trust my apartment with when I am away. That said, I may require a background check . No smoking allowed in the apartment or the room , no pets & no couples. You share the cost of utilities and internet.
