I’m looking for someone to take over my lease from Jan-March and then it becomes month-to-month! It’s a super cute girl pad with extremely cheap rent for being so close to the beach (2 miles away) and you would get my old bedroom which is the master bedroom with attached bath and plenty of closet space.

I live with the cutest roomie, she is super sweet. She does her own thing and picks up after herself. She’s drama free and looking to have a roommate who is responsible and drama free as well. The only reason I am leaving is because my boyfriend and I are moving in together.
