Room for rent in safe, downtown Monrovia area. We are looking for an employed, professional, or full time student to rent an unfurnished single room in a house with 2 existing roommates (homeowners). Current roommates are 2 women with full time jobs. This is an 1860 square foot home on a shared lot. The location is walking distance to Myrtle Ave., which has tons of restaurants, bars, shops, and a movie theater. It is also about a 10 minute drive to City of Hope ($3.00 Lyft ride) and about 5 minutes to the Metro Gold Line station.

Rental includes:

· Full access to kitchen, living room, dining room and furnished backyard (with jacuzzi) · Large bathroom (shared by guests – no roommates) · Central air · Washer & Dryer use · Ceiling fan · Street parking (ample)

We are looking for a clean, respectful roommate to rent a single spare bedroom in our home. The room is for one person only – no couples, families or children.

MUST BE OKAY WITH CAT & DOGS – Current owners have a cats and small dogs. No additional pets allowed.

Lease Options:

· 12 Month Lease: $850 + Utilities · 6 Month Lease: $900 + Utilities · Month to Month: $950 + Utilities

Utilities include water, gas, internet, electric and trash.

We are the owners of the home - our names are Elizabeth & Christina and we are married. We have owned the property for about 6 years and really love it here! It’s a bit too big for just the two of us, and our current roommate is relocating so we are looking for someone to fill his room. Christina works at City of Hope full time, and Elizabeth is a full time project manager for a general contractor. We like to have a friend or two over once in a while, but we don’t like to have big parties. We’re fun, but we’re also young adults who are building our careers.
