FURNISHED ROOM WITH FULL KITCHEN/FURNISHED LIVING ROOM/BATHROOM/WASHER AND DRYER. UTILITIES AND WIFI INCLUDED!!!
I have a 10ft x 10ft furnished room available early January and I’m looking to rent it out to a quiet, clean, and responsible adult. You will essentially have the entire downstairs of my house to yourself (myself and my guests/family occasionally use the pool table) which includes the bathroom, shared washer/dryer, furnished downstairs living room with pool table, piano, smart TV, and sofa, and also a full size kitchen with gas stove/oven and dishwasher located in the garage.
I’m located in a newer, clean, quiet and safe neighborhood across the street from Diamond Oaks Park. Upon visiting, you will find that my property is a very safe place with a security system that is professionally monitored 24 hours a day, as well as security cameras and two dogs. Another major plus is that I’m located just a few minutes away from both the 120 and 99 freeway as well as a multitude of grocery stores, shops, gas stations, and public transportation. If you like to work out, both 24hr Fitness and In-Shape Fitness are less than five minutes away. There is also a nice park across the street from me.
Rent is $700/month and includes all utilities and WiFi access. Rental agreement is month to month (may be open to negotiating a longer term lease in time if things go well). A $600 security deposit is required before moving in. I will accept rent payment via PayPal, Venmo, or cash.
*** One occupant only, no pets allowed, no visitors, no smoking/excessive drinking, and must be okay living with two large dogs in the house. Street parking only. Must be employed and have renters insurance policy. All prospective renters will be required to pass a background, credit check, and employment verification.***
