I have a room that I’m subleasing at my cute house in the downtown Denver Santa Fe Art District!

Some goodies: 2 blocks from the Auraria campus, central to everything, quick drive onto I-25 and 6th ave, quick walk to the light rail, by the art district and a couple of blocks from the cherry creek trail 🚲🚲

The room is a cozy size and can fit a full size bed, dresser and desk. The house is furnished already (besides the room) so I’m not sure if much else can fit in since we’ve had to downsize since it’s a city house. We have a dope backyard that has a view of some of the downtown skyline and a cute front porch to hangout at too.

So you’d be living w me and my older brother. We’re both relaxed outgoing people and get a long well! He’s a pilot and I just graduated nursing school and will soon become a working professional. 🙏🏻

We are open to having friends over and would like to host some get togethers but agree that we like the house being a relaxed oasis. Being clean is also important to us 🧼

I’m a CO native and would be happy to show you around! I enjoy hanging out with my roomies and going out for drinks, food, hiking, park days, music shows, comedy shows or whateva whateva! I’m always up for spontaneous things and also like times of solace.
