Beautiful, gated complex, close to Duke and downtown. I’ve furnished and decorated the entire apartment with the exception of your room of course so it’s perfect for someone just starting out. The complex is pet friendly (with some limitations) and I am willing to meet and discuss well behaved pets. We are on the third floor though with no elevator so if your fur baby is older I’d keep that in mind.

My current roommate is moving out at the end of the year when our lease is up so it’s just me. I’m a legal assistant at a local law firm and I work pretty average hours and enjoy going out on the weekends but often stay in and cook and relax during the week. I keep the apartment pretty clean and prefer a roommate who would do the same. FRIENDS is essentially always on in the background and I’m always down for tacos and margs or wine and Bachelor night. I am liberal leaning and pretty openly political.
