Beautiful townhouse it’s in a quiet community and everyone is so courteous and respectful. The neighbors are super quiet and laid back. The room being advertised is a master bedroom with its own bathroom. Can fit a queen size bed easily, plenty of floor space and closet is spacious as well. No pets allowed aside from small caged animals (pocket pets) dogs and cats are not.. landlords restrictions but she is very flexible. No utilities included, all bills are split 3 ways.

Roommates keep to themselves, ages 26 and 28. They have a shared bathroom. We typically have opposite schedules. They are both pretty easy to live with, just ask to be respected and courteous of their spaces. Other than that as long as the common areas are kept clean and organized there should be no problems.
