The suite is fully furnished, and boasts a comfy queen size bed, large, plush bedding and designer comforter, large dresser, matching nightstand, wall mounted collapsible table, three beautiful modern lamps, designer modern leather chair, Keurig coffee maker, water boiler, microwave, mini-fridge, wall mounted TV w/DirecTV cable installed, Alexa, private keypad entrance, & private patio w/seating. Hallway leading to private bathroom w/cabinets for storage and hanging clothes.

Everything is brand new & in immaculate condition.

All prospective renters will have to pass live-scan finger printing for consideration. First and last month’s rent upon signing a month to month rental agreement. Fingerprinting fees will be deducted from the security deposit. Utilities = flat rate/50$ per month.
