Cozy safe & private Executive Suite, Queen BR w/ En-suite BA & studio area (Totally private) on the house’s In-law (Walkout daylight basement) with independent entrance from home (Backyard door). Cross-posted on Airbnb w/Superhost badge, but now we’re looking to rent it directly for a long term. Common areas (Kitchen fully equipped with table ware, pots & pans, double door refrigerator with fridge and freezer with labeled spots for each suite, electric stove with generous oven & Microwave - Laundry w/Washer and dryer, & generous Living Room), to share just with one (1) other roomie. WiFi/Cable/Utilities included. We’re the owner family of 3 with a 12 y/o son, that live in house, totally separate from the In-Law, looking for a respectful and laid back person, who wants to live there in this available cozy suite, as a roomie of our nephew, who is an Adult (33) male, most of the time in office, who lives in the other private suite in the In-Law.
