About the room
I own a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home in Menifee. It also has garaged parking along with the room. The house is very clean and in good shape. There’s a jacuzzi in the back that is great after a long day.
About the roomies
I’m a 35 year old male. I’m a superintendent for a construction company and travel a lot so I’m only home about half the time. I have a 8 month old son that I adore so I’d prefer a female. He’s only with me on Wednesdays and weekends. Very happy little boy. He does wake up about 6 am and likes to make noise. No hardcore partiers please. We do BBQ on the weekends and have drinks. So if your an older person that does not like this it’s probably not a good fit.
