Beautiful two story home in secure safe neighborhood in South Katy. You will be at home away from home! Absolutely NO PETs, No smokers, No alcoholics, No DRUG USERs and No prior eviction please!

Furnished room is on second floor of home with own bathroom. Rent is $925 monthly including Wi-Fi and utilities. Bedroom is equipped with a lock and door key for your privacy and security. We do reserve the right to view the room once every 3 months with prior notice to ensure it is kept in good condition. We are looking for clean, organized, responsible, friendly, respectful professional or college student. Lease application form and lease agreement will be provided.

Please note Poor credit will not disqualify you but negative background will. ** Background information pull is a must. The background check cost to you is $30. I will provide the link after initial meeting if you are considered a good match.

Given the current Covid-19 situation, the room comes self contained with mini refrigerator and microwave. The laundry room is available for use 7 am - 10 am or 6 pm - 9 pm at $5 per wash & dry.
If requested access will be granted to our community gym, clubhouse, and pool. There is walking/ biking trails nearby. Also you’ll be within walking distance from the Movie Theater, Walmart, shops and restaurants.

Home is occupied by professional and a elementary school age child. We are friendly, enjoy sharing our space and treat our guests with kindness and respect. We ensure our guest will have the utmost privacy and safe space. Respect & Honesty is our policy….Literally!
