About the room
Very affordable rent. Two out of three bedrooms occupied and someone currently moving out of the third. Smoking allowed, just be considerate as there is a business downstairs. Very lgbt+ friendly. Cat friendly but maxed out on cats. There’s a corner store not even a two minute walk away. Central heating and cooling. No tub just a stand up shower. No dishwasher or laundry either.
About the roomies
I am 25 and the other roommate is 23. We are both proud members of the LGBT community. We do our best to keep clean and be respectful.
