3 bedroom house on a nice quiet street with washer/dryer, dishwasher, a huge yard and mountain views from the porch and deck. There’s also a storage shed (with some work could be turned into something). It’s a short walk to Haywood Rd (easily walk to Archetype, Battlecat, Fleetwoods, Hole and WALK) or Carrier Park in the other direction. I have furniture for most of the space, but if you have a few items I’m sure we could fit them. You would have the master bedroom with private bathroom (which you’re welcome to paint). The third extra bedroom will be used as a shared office/art/music room and guest room. Though I am open to it being a child’s room if needed. Deposit is 1.5 times the monthly rent. December rent will be prorated based on the day you move in. Flexible on move-in date. No Pets (I have 3 cats, and the landlord has said that is the limit sorry.)

Your roomates would be me and three cats. I’m super clean and the cats are older and friendly. I work as a web developer (weekdays 9-5). I’m eco-conscious, tidy, vegan, love spending time outdoors and like a balance of nights out and at home. Hoping to create a comfortable sanctuary space with open communication and shared responsibilities.
