Walking distance to great shopping and dining area and Bus station . If you love nature walk and exercise on Juanita Beach and Juanita Bay Park ride In bicycle. Very close and to the winery’s. You have an assigned street parking area and your own private furnish room. The furniture is negotiable, it does have a twin bed brand new , stand, a chest of drawers. The room has a great 4“ by 1closet with a big mirror. There are a full kitchen and washer and dryer inside . It is a quiet setting and very private, family apartment . All utilities included: electricity, faster internet (no cable) water, garbage, and sewer.
