We have a private room and private bath to rent in our home in Burlingame. We are in a quiet area with plenty of award winning restaurants, shops and groceries like Walgreens, Safeway, Mollie Stones, Philz Coffee, Starbucks etc in walking distance; close to BART and Caltrain, about 10 minute drive to SFO airport!

The room is furnished with brand new, top of the line queen memory foam mattress. All utilities and fastest Xfinity wifi included in rent and your own parking spot. Our new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, dining room, kitchen (you can cook whatever you want so long you clean up after yourself), balcony/patio for fresh air. We are in the healthcare industry, so we want to ensure our roommate will have a place that is clean and free of clutter; we are non-smokers, very ocassionally will open a bottle of wine, no drugs, no loud parties. We like to cook, and if you enjoy Asian food, you can dine with us and share life stories. We enjoy traveling, so on our longer days off, you will have the place entirely to yourself as we take the road or fly to a city we have not been to.
