Spacious renovated 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of southeast Aurora. The apartment has two master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and walk-in closets in each. So there is optimal space for two people to be comfortable. The room can be furnished with all furniture including a king size bed if needed. There is plenty of off street parking, full size laundry room in the apartment, amazing pool and community center. Easy access to highways, toll roads and transit lines. All utilities would be included: water, trash, energy, cable and internet. Interested in individual parties only no couples, sorry. Would love to have a roommate that is sociable and willing to help around the house since we would be sharing common spaces. There would be a $15.00 application fee and must be able to pass a background check.

I am hard working professional and always on the go. When I am home I do enjoy a clean and well organized space. Love the outdoors, playing and watching sports.
