Farmhouse Lane

One of our roommates is relocating so we will have one bedroom available for move-in August 1st. The room is 12’x12’ with a spacious closet, large enough to fit a king bed or queen/full with furniture. Details:

• The house is a part of a complex, so snow clearing, outside maintenance, garbage, etc, is all taken care of. Complex pool is open in the summer.
• Washer/dryer in complex, 30 second walk from our door
• Central air/heat throughout
• Entire house is hardwood flooring
• Quiet area, but quick 5 minute uber/drive to the Green for bars, restaurants, coffee shops, farmers market, train station, etc.
• 3 grocery stores within 5 minute distance
• Plenty of off-street parking spots right across from our door
• Monthly utilities typically range from $35-75 (per person)
• Spacious kitchen with pantry and living/dining space with plenty of space to have people over

Your roommates are two young professionals early twenties, 1 male in school, 1 male working in finance. Both easygoing, clean, and considerate- looking for someone similar :)
