OFFERED: safe, warm, comfortable leather queen sofa sleep space. Linen/blankets. Shower. Laundry ONCE weekly. Microwave, stove, fridge use for light meal preparation. Must be EMPLOYED, FIRST shift, with proof. No work at home jobs. NO: smoking in or out. NO: visitors/drama/key/cable/internet/wifi/420/alcohol/sagg pants/profanity or disrespectful attitudes or arguing. Must wear clothes/pajamas no walking around nude. {WILL NOT SERVE AS YOUR MAILING ADDRESS} Must be clean (daily showers), appearance body & area. Neat, orderly, do minor chores without being reminded. No maid service here, you’re only paying $12 a day! Not a personals ad. No sex deeds offered nor accepted. No nude photos please.
