It’s a Studio Apartment I’m looking to team up to rent the studio together. It’s a 12 month lease and it allows cats and/or dogs in the studio. It also comes with a W/D in unit. It’s very close to Santa Ana College, Irvine Valley College, Chapman University. The room is small, 525 Sq Ft, So if you are okay with rooming together and sharing the studio, then this is for you. Just clean after yourself and make sure to not leave your laundry forgotten. Netflix is optional since I’m willing to share, WIFI is an option in the near future as I’m considering good options for such.
