NEED ONE MORE ROOMMATE ASAP !!

I’m looking for one more roommate to stay in my apartment of three above Green Thumb Artistry this school year (move in this May 27th, rent starts June 1st)! Rent is $425/mo, with a downpayment of $800.

This apartment is downtown, with a view looking towards Blooming Grounds and the Beer Garten. It’s also a 10 minute walk from campus! Parking is good, with multiple 3 hour lots, and a couple 12 hour lots close by. There’s 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, with a spacious living room and high ceilings. The bedrooms also have huge windows that bring in lots of natural light 🙂 Open up the windows and you can listen to the live music from the Beer Garden!

Laundry is on the floor above, with washer and dryer totaling $2.25 per load. Wifi and electric are split evenly. Pets are allowed but include an extra downpayment.

I could care less about your room being dirty, as long as the shared spaces are clean (kitchen, bathroom, living room etc..!)
