Hello, First- move in date is Dec 1st, 2019! I absolutely need someone by then! Couples welcome, we can talk about any price difference it would include. I am willing to negotiate on the rent! This price does not include utilities, which we would split. If it’s one person moving in we would split utilities in half, if it’s two people we would split it into thirds. I have to cover a $2400 rent payment every month, so I am looking for someone to cover half with me, including full access to everything in the apartment! I’m currently looking for a roommate (or two, if you have a companion) to remain with me until the end of the lease in August, 2020. This would be signed by the leasing office, which includes them running a background check and quick credit check, and determining if you would need to give a deposit. The room is 10x12 feet, with a walk in closet and a private bathroom. It’s the master bedroom of the unit! Rent for this unit is 2400 a month, so I am lookin for someone who can split it down the middle with me. It comes with one garage parking spot which is very spacious and includes room for your car, my car, and some storage. It’s actually big enough that I can also keep my two motorcycles in there without taking up more than half the space with my car! Street parking is a little tough if you have another vehicle, but there are ways around this. Many people in our complex park overnight at a local grocery complex and have not had any issues. Now- the unit. Brand new Carpet! A narrow shower and bath tub, and in- room closet space. The living room and kitchen is partially furnished, as I just had someone move out. It is very likely that you will be able to bring furniture if you have it and would like to use it, or I’ll bring a couch in as right now it is somewhat bare. The kitchen is fully furnished with a brand new set of dishes, a full set of pots and pans and full silverware. There is an in-unit fridge, microwave, oven and dishwasher. All are in good working condition, and Leasing offers maintenance if it ever goes bad. All these things will be made available, and if they break they will be promptly replaced by the leasing office. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. I spend a lot of time in my room, I am a college student at Cal Lutheran University, and I work nights in Hollywood, so I’m only around in the daytime from about 4pm to 10pm, and usually I’ll be doing homework or watching TV in my room. The living room has a spot to include your own TV, and you can enjoy this living room to it’s full extent. If this sounds like something that can fit your liking, please, send me a message!

It’s just me here. I’m a student, have a job at night, and I’m pretty quiet. I stay in my room most of the time, so the living room will be available as a viable space for you most of the time.
