There are parking and laundry on site. The complex is very secure and pretty quiet. The apartment is walking distance to Villanova University and near the NHSL, Regional Rail and Septa buses.

I am in the final year of my post-bac pre-health program at Villanova University. I work part-time in South Philadelphia and am pretty laid back. I watch tv/ study in my spare time.
