Spring Mill Avenue

The house is located toward the end of our street, and a convenient walk of a few minutes from the Spring Mill train station. It’s about .8 miles to the main street area in Conshohocken and very close to a few other bars and restaurants. The area is very quiet and safe.

The house itself has 1.5 bathrooms, washer and dryer, a basement for storage, a driveway, a front porch, and back yard. The house is already furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped.

My name is Jake, and a woman named Rachel lives here as well. We arent a couple but we are very good friends. We are hoping to find someone we feel like we could be friends with as well as live with. We both drink casually and are pretty laid back and fun, easy going people. We keep it low key on the weekdays. I am self employed as a Landscaper, and Rachel is an accountant.

I am pretty nerdy, into art, reading, video games, and cooking. Rachel is a huge football fan, plays video games, and really enjoys craft beer.
