Hey everyone, I’m just bought a house so that others can finally escape rent increase and have a ton of space for activities. The room is comfortably and I have tv that I’m dedicating to that room if you don’t have one. The shared bath room for the roommates is nice and big and already furnished. I’ll be building a patio with fire pit and jaccuzi eventually. We have solar so there’s hardly and electrical bill leaving water and internet&tv to split. You’ll have access to everything. Garage for storage and back yard for anything. I’m a project engineer and Ethan is a bike mechanic. We are low key but still love to hang and have fun. Smaller dog would be totally great. Very laid back here looking for some one similar. Small dogs welcome!!
