Hi! I’m looking for someone to take my room at Fifty Twentyfive Apartments in the college area near San Diego State as soon as possible. It would be $924 a month, which is including parking (which is $65 a month), and would last the rest of my lease. My lease ends July 31st, 2020, but you can renew afterwards if you want. I live with 3 other college aged girls, 2 of which are students at SDSU, so I would prefer to leave them with a woman around the same age, although you don’t have to be a student. There’s an in-unit washer and dryer, the apartment has a pool, gym, and parking garage. They also offer a free shuttle service to Grossmont, Mesa, and SDSU. Utilities are included. You need a special key to get into the building and garage, so it’s very secure.

I’m looking for someone to take this room ASAP so I can move in with my boyfriend!

Not including me, we have two girls who share a room, and then two other single bedrooms. One girl just moved out, so one room is empty. Two of them work part time and go to school, one is 30+ and works full time. Everyone is respectful and gets along well!
