Take over my lease. I’d like to move out by May 10th !! . You get your own bedroom and bathroom. You’ll pick up the lease from May- August 2020. (: you’ll pay me $699. Super close to campus 7 min to 10 min walk to campus, close to Fry St. (no drunk driving, just walk back to the apartment), our parking is covered for basic parking (one time fee $50) $50 a month if you want reserved spot). We have activities at the apartment complex! We have 2 music rooms, a computer lab (Macs & reg. Pc), gym, & swimming pool.

My roomies are great people. I typically just mind my own business and do my own thing but the rest of them are really good friends. They are trustworthy, won’t take your stuff and expect the same.
