In the heart of Fullerton, CA, right on the border of Placentia, you’ll have access to the best food, Fullerton College(s), local scene and a great location with a nice pool w/bbq’s for the summer. Rent includes all utilities, services and appliances (I’ll pay everything, electric, wifi, food, etc + my end of the rent) plus your guaranteed parking spot. Laundry facilities on site along with a small fitness center. You’ll need to sign on the lease with me as well. Listing until end of-Dec as I’m on the fence about moving everything to the living room and renting out the room, but also might just end the lease. We’ll see what happens. Lezzzbehonest. It’s a DOPE fucking spot and I don’t wanna leave. But I’m willing to sacrifice and move out to other options I have since I’ll save money there. You’d live with a quiet 28 year old independent starving artist. Really starving. Have been here 2 years already and no complaints about the area, neighbors, ANYTHING. As someone who grew up in a rough neighborhood, if you value peace and quiet, along with safety, this place is better than great. Hell no! I did not leave the south side for this! lol Main focus being work (at times from 8-7), I would come home to clean-up, make music and spend the weekends with my daughter (who may come over and stay Fri/Sat nights, but we’d be out and about or vegging on Netflix as well, which is why I prefer a female over a male, because I prefer a motherly presence around my daughter and not no dude, end of story, but let’s talk). No BS kinda guy, I’d expect the same respect, trust and privacy I’ll give you. You will go on the lease as aforementioned (meaning background check ladies and gentlemen). Be on time with the rent, keep the home drama-free and don’t sht where you eat, literally. CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF IN THE KITCHEN AND TOILET! Prefer someone quiet, focused on school or something positive, meaning no drugs allowed (at least until my probation’s over ayyyy lmao..jk, not really), don’t drink and get rowdy (sober guy over here, surprisingly, but I may crack open a cold one with you), and if you must, please drink responsibly, meaning I won’t let you drink and drive :) Prefer you don’t have friends over or kickbacks, which is why I prefer someone spending their early years building their future and not bullshttin’ through their best years, but been there, done that. A bit old fashioned in my mindset, but I’ve also bumped myself on this long road called life too many times to not be direct with people. Will install security cameras and systems for both our sake (it’s better this way as I’ve learned from past experience), which will be in the kitchen, hallway and front door only. Will consider hiring a bi-weekly housekeeper to clean up if we’re both absolutely that busy. Also open to cooking for the both of us as I tend to meal prep for work, which will be included in your rent :) I know, paradise right? BUT WAIT, there’s MORE! You get to live with me!!
