North Dearborn Street

Hi There - I’m looking to sublet my apt from January through June 2020. The apt is a four story walk up (we’re on the top floor) and the common areas are fully furnished. We’re in the heart of River North. Less than 5 minutes to the Chicago redline stop and next to the Whole Foods. We have a cat named Oliver who is super sweet. This is a great apt for an awesome price!

I’ve known my roommate (who is a male for the past 5 years). He is super chill and easy to get along with. We’re both working professionals that keep the noise down during the week and have fun during our weekends. He has a gf as well. He’s clean and takes good care of the apt. Honestly so lucky to have him as a roommate and good friend. Promise you’ll get along with him!
