single room for rent 11’x12’ (room not furnished) fits a queen size bed easily large closet space shared bathroom with one other person central A/C and ceiling fan in every room (except the bathroom) washer and dryer are in the garage. (not enough room in garage for vehicle unless it is a motorcycle) driveway will fit a small car and there is plenty of street parking decent size back yard (we have a gardener that comes by every other week) internet bill is split between all tenants currently $33 per person each month (subject to change depending on rate increases by cox) sdge is every month winter average is about $60 per person, summer when A/C is running it averages $100 per person. water and sewage is paid every other month and averages at $60 per person. it is a 20 min walk to SDSU, 10 to 15 min if you use a bike. close to grocery stores, Ralphs at about a 3 min drive Vons at about 7 min lots of restaurants and fast food places close by

requires a deposit equal to first month rent. rent is paid on the first of the month, for the month intended to stay. required to rent one year, then it becomes month to month at the end of that year. must show proof of income equal to three times the monthly rent. no pets of any kind no drugs / smoking of any kind no parties email if interested. can show room after 10/27/2019

There are currently two people living here one at age 25 and the other at 34, both males. the bathroom will only be shared with one other person. Both of us work and go to school, and we do have other side hobbies as well. we are fairly clean and we each keep to ourselves and because of our schedules we rarely see each other. we do not do cable but we have netflix, and amazon prime.
