Private furnished room with a desk, dresser, night stand, lamps, closet and TV. You will have your own bathroom. House is clean and quiet. You might share the kitchen and laundry. Also, there is a yard with patio furniture and bbq where you can enjoy your free time. Very peaceful neighbourhood and close to freeway, groceries and nice restaurants.

This a quite and very clean house. I am renting one furnished bedroom and one bathroom. Just my daughter and myself. We are busy studying and working. Happy for talking and having a nice conversation, but we don’t want parties, dramas, drugs or pets (my daughter is allergic).
