Our ideal housemate is sociable, laid-back, and good humored, but is also respectful and conscientious of others and can appreciate a calm and peaceful environment. Direct communication and integrity is a golden rule. Cleanliness and tidiness are particularly important. We are older guys here, I am 56, another is 72 and the third housemate is in his 60’s.
