Looking for a third roommate to join our house share! One average size bedroom is available with a shared bath. Please note that the bedroom is not furnished (picture is of the bedroom though!). Would consider furnishing upon request! This is three bed, two bath home with laundry onsite, access to the garage for storage and a large deck in a fully fenced backyard. Parking available.
Rent includes access to a fully furnished home, Utilities, WiFi, laundry, and household products like paper towels, and cleaning supplies.
Location is residential quiet street in the Delridge neighborhood less then 1 mile to target and Westwood Village shopping center, and less than 2 miles to the WS bridge. Ten mins to a Alki and both Junctions. Bus stop approx. 1 block away with direct route to downtown- 15 - 20 mins.
To move in first, last and a $500 security/damage deposit is required. In addition to a min. 6 month lease, rental application, and potential applicant paid $45 background check.
