Hi! I have a slot available for a roommate in my 2BR/2BA apt! The total rent is $2122.89 and your portion would be $1061.45 plus utilities which are between $100-$150, depending on usage. The room is unfurnished. You would have your own bathroom, a parking spot, shared kitchen and balconies, access to a laundry room on premises. There’s a Rote Aide across the street, a Bristol Farms on the Corner, and a hop, skip, and a jump from Whole Foods, Ralph’s, public transportation, restaurants, clubs, hotels, and Hollywood tourist attractions. The fine print: The landlord requires an application, and a $20 non refundable credit check, and good credit and previous rental history, in order to approve the roommate. I cannot waive these requirements. I require a half month’s security deposit, so, $530 to hold the spot for you, plus the first month’s rent order to move in. The lease will be month to month, with 30 days notice to me if you plan to move out. Short term roommates are welcome. Sorry, no couples, and no children.

I’m an avid plant mom, and I jog when the weather is mild. Unfortunately, I have allergies to furry pets, and the building doesn’t allow them anyhow, so no furry pets.
