My roommate and I are looking for a clean, friendly, social, responsible, and chill single FEMALE (no children, sorry!) to join us in our 3 bedroom apartment in Santa Clara. The room available is a 9.5x8.2 (excluding closest space) and you would be sharing a bathroom with one other person. We’re about 7mins from Great America/Levi Stadium, 5mins from 101, and about 10mins from 237 West. The room is available November 20.

Rent is $970 per month. Security deposit is $833. Utilities (PG&E and internet only - water, trash, and HOA is taken care of by our landlord) is roughly about $60 per month. You would have to park on the street. Our apartment is dog-friendly, but there would be an additional $50 per month to have one.

A little about us: We are both working professionals in our mid-late 20s (Amanda is in strategic/national sales, Alexa is an Executive Assistant at an investment company) who both love to come home to a chill environment. We’re both social people but not big party party folks, so guests are always more than welcome to come over.

We’re looking for a working professional who is like-minded to us, is respectful to other things and mindful about cleanliness. If you like to go out on the weekends then we’re definitely people you want to be around. Weekdays are very quiet here, as we both work full-time and try to relax after long days. We’re hoping to find a really good fit who vibes with us and likes to be around people, but also respects their personal space. We are LGBTQ+ friendly and respectful to all sorts of different backgrounds.
