About the room
This is a single room for rent in a quiet and safe 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house is located off of Elk Grove Florin Rd and Vintage Park Blvd. You would have your own private bedroom as pictured above and would be sharing the bathroom with our housemate, Adrian. The room is for one person only.
Full access to living room, kitchen, washer and dryer and back yard with a BBQ. Plenty of kitchen storage space. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Space to park in front of house.
Close to Safeway and Walmart. Costco and Target are about 10 minutes away.
Month to month lease, utilities are a flat $100 a month
