I am in a 2 bedroom townhouse right next to Downtown Royal Oak, less than a 10 minute walk to downtown. The extra room is available now. Open to subletting or something longer term. In the basement: Washer/dryer.In the kitchen utensils oven and other basic amenities. Any of the above is open to your use. I also have some nice kitchen equipment open for community use as long as you use/care for it properly. There is free parking spot always. The rent is 600 an NO DEPOSIT

He works as a HR recruiter. pretty laid back and chill. He is open to all genders and backgrounds. He would prefer to meet you in person before signing the lease. The bathroom will be shared with the persons. He works in downtown royal oak and is pretty busy on all weekdays.
