Aurilene's room

The room is upstairs, size 11’ by 10.2’. Closet size 4’ by 3.5’. It is furnished with a Queen Size bed, a Large Dresser, and 2 Side Table with Lamps. Rent is $850.00. If you want to watch TV in your bedroom you need to pay for your own cable box. This room is only for a single occupant with no pets.

• Move-in requires background & credit check fee of $35, and the first and last month rent as deposit. Deposit is fully refundable as long as the room and bathroom are returned in clean condition. Room is available January 1st.
• Bathroom is shared with 1 other person and occasional guests. We have high speed internet. You would share a refrigerator with our other roommate. Washer and dryer inside. We have a fully stocked kitchen that you will have access to (pots, pans, dishes, silverware, microwave, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher), all we ask is that you clean up after yourself. Your room is your own business, but we ask that you clean up after yourself in the common areas. We don’t mind occasional guests, but we aren’t trying to have a ton of foot traffic day in day out, especially during the week day. *The house is in a very central location, 2 minutes from I-65, 5 minutes to galleria mall, multiple grocery stores right around the corner, 20 minutes to downtown Sacramento.
• About the Roomies Currently 2 of us live here, myself and my son. That being said, the house tends to be pretty quiet during the week. Very laid back environment at the house. I’m 61 year old, probably ideal situation for someone around similar age. If you’re interested, please feel free to contact me and tell me about yourself!

I live with my son that is a student but I often have family over from Brazil and Switzerland and friends from the Bay Area where I lived for almost 42 years. I’m very clean and organize person. I don’t smoke and I don’t use drugs.
