Ching's room

This is a large house in a quiet neighborhood of Livermore, walking distance to the Library, Civic Center, vineyards and lovely downtown. The bedroom and full bath for rent are on the first floor, separate from the bedrooms upstairs.

We are a professional couple who love science, parks and reading. We parent two small dogs - they are not intrusive and will not invade your space; however, you will need to like and get along with dogs. The house is too big for us so we are interested in finding a quiet and considerate housemate.
