One bedroom available in a renovated three bedroom apartment in Ocean Hill. This room will be a sublease until April 1, 2020 with the opportunity to sign the lease when it renews. Utilities are not included, but generally are under $100 a month with internet, electric, and gas.

The room is medium sized and very sunny in the front of a very large apartment. The apartment also has a large living room, kitchen, open foyer space, and two other bedrooms. The apartment is the entire third floor of a building; there is only one other apartment on the second floor and a restaurant on the first floor. There is a ladder with roof access, and the building is on a corner - directly next to a C subway station (this has been my favorite thing about commuting anywhere from here!)

Some of the furniture in the photos will be coming with me, but any furniture you have is welcome - the apartment is very spacious, although the room will be unfurnished.

Other apartment perks: Lots of sunshine, large TV, PS4, central heating/cooling, laundromat across the street, hallway space to store a bike, close to a nice coffee shop and the C,J, and L trains.

I’m a 29 year old woman originally from Queens working in education and gardening. I have one very sweet cat who will be moving with me. I am looking to move into a studio apartment, but I’ve loved living here for the last 4 years. I hope that it can be a great home to someone else!

The two roommates you will be living with are two late-20’s/early 30s males from Vermont, one works in education and the other in food, both 9-5 jobs. All three of us are musicians so other music lovers and creative types are encouraged! We are ideally looking for someone who can stay at least through April 1, 2020.
