Harvest Way

I have 1 room for rent in my 3 bedroom house. I just moved in at the end of October and am still unpacking/ getting situated. I am looking for 1 roomate to share the house with myself and my dog, Max. I have 2 rooms available and you can choose which one you prefer. I am a pretty clean individual. The rooms have a full bathroom right outside the door that you can use as your own, understanding that it will also be used as the guest bathroom if/when necessary. Both rooms have a closet and vinyl/ hardwood floors. The house is in a great neighborhood called “The Farm” and is very safe and clean. Easy access to the 15 freeway and plenty of room to park.

I work a very demanding job that often requires long hours or travel away from home for days or even weeks at a time. I typically start my days early and am fairly quiet in the evenings and overall. I am pretty laid back in general and try to avoid drama. I dont have a lot of visitors or excessive commotion at home. I like to go out and also on occasion have some friends over for a get together or BBQ, but it’s not often and I typically try to keep things at home pretty mellow. I am fairly selective about who I bring inside my home. I plan to use the other bedroom as a spare bedroom/ office. My dog, Max is an 8 yr old male Red Dobie and is very clean, extremely friendly and super sweet. He typically stays with me, follows me around and sleeps in my room. He does not jump on people or get on the furniture. When I work long hours or am out of town, I will need someone home I can trust with Max and to occasionally make sure he has food and water. I dont expect you to take care of my dog, but my roomate must be ok with all of that and able to look out for Max if I am not around. At the time of this ad, I am in the process of still moving in and getting settled. This means that the washer and dryer are not in yet, but will be fairly soon. So, there will be a washer and dryer for laundry available.
